What can be more exciting than solving a problem by introducing a radically new product?
There are two things which fascinate me the most about launching a new company or a product. First: how do we properly identify a market problem or a vacuum, and how do we create a viable and unique MSP (Minimum Sellable Product). And second: how do we get our first 100 paying clients, achieve product-market fit and how to scale the business further.
I enjoy working on such projects and ventures, relying on a data driven approach. Identifying a problem and creating a product that delivers value which is several orders of magnitude higher and not a marginal improvement. The most exciting part for me comes from when the product/services is launched, when we have to tackle the challenge of acquiring customers through different channels, making sure to stand out in the ever changing and competitive digital landscape where consumers and businesses are being bombarded with tons of noise.
I love applying the skills and insights which I have accumulated over the last 8 years from different professional experiences. Having worked as an acquisition analyst, founder and CEO, as well as on the sales and marketing side, I have gained essential foundational blocks for building companies from an idea and scaling them, which is an oddly satisfying feeling.
At the core I am an explorer and a quick learner. I always like to stay on top of the newest economic and tech trends, identifying new opportunities and interesting niches. I also spend a great deal of time upgrading my knowledge within the respective realms of my work, as well as applying that knowledge right away in my line of work.
