HR Professional
I am an experienced Human Resources professional who specializes in recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, employer branding, and employee onboarding.
My past experience includes working for small businesses in a variety of industries, including: market research, branding, financial services and BPO. Some examples of past projects include: full cycle recruitment, interview guides, job descriptions and evaluations, salary benchmarking, HRIS Administration, gender pay gap reporting, exit interviews,employee communications, engagement surveys, and HR policies.
I am also skilled in writing and content development and have written articles and other materials on a variety of topics, including: technology, US visas and several subjects in HR like : flexible time, onboarding, dress code at work etc.
My educational accreditation includes a Masters Degree and Bachelor Degree in Translation and Interpretation with a minor in Psychology, a certification from University of Minnesota in Human Resources Management and Six Lean Sigma.
