Work Terms

Hi.

I love my work, so I am always at my desk by 7a.m. till 8p.m. However, I find myself on a client's task at the wee hours of the day. Summarily, pertaining to my hours of operation, I am quite flexible.

For Payment Terms, after we conclude on the nitty-gritty of the job, I will like a percentage (about 50%) upfront, with the balance paid upon delivery of the job.

The communication style that I use per time depends on the task - though I prefer to stick with passive or assertive styles, with a casual tone of voice, as if talking to a friend. Rarely do I find a client that wants me to use an aggressive approach.

Generally, my communication skills vary from time to time - from jaw dropping to eyebrow raising - depending on the desired effects.
