Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Friday during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST/PST), with flexibility depending on client needs. I can accommodate adjustments to my working hours based on project deadlines or specific client time zone requirements.
Preferred Communication:
I value clear and efficient communication. My preferred communication channels are:
Guru chat for detailed discussions, task assignments, and regular updates.
Slack/Skype/Zoom for quick check-ins, meetings, and collaborative discussions.
Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana) for tracking tasks, project progress, and milestones. I respond to all communications within a 1-hour response window during business hours and aim to keep clients updated proactively throughout our collaboration.
Payment Method: Payments are accepted via Guru’s Payment System.
Billing Frequency: I typically bill on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on project scope and agreement. For long-term clients, monthly invoicing is also an option.
Hourly/Project Rates:
Virtual Assistant: $20/hour (or negotiable for long-term contracts)
WordPress Design: Rates for design work are typically based on the scope and complexity of the project, starting at $200 per project or $25 per hour.
Retainers/Fixed Projects: For ongoing VA services, a retainer agreement can be established for a set number of hours per month. For WordPress design projects, we’ll agree on a fixed price after discussing the requirements and project scope.
Late Payment: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. A late fee may apply to payments not received within 7 business days.
Revisions & Deliverables:
For WordPress Design, the initial quote includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at my hourly rate.
For VA Services, I’ll provide clear timelines and updates for each task, and will aim to complete all tasks on time unless otherwise agreed.
