Work Terms

Communication: Regular and transparent communication is essential. We ensure prompt responses to queries, progress updates, and feedback through email, project management tools, and scheduled meetings.
Project Scope: The project scope will be clearly defined and agreed upon before commencement. Any changes or additions will be discussed, documented, and may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.
Design Process: Our design process involves research, ideation, creation, review, and refinement stages. Your input and feedback are integral to shaping the final outcome, ensuring it aligns with your vision.
Revisions: Depending on the project, a set number of revisions will be agreed upon. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. We strive to meet your expectations while maintaining project timelines.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you will receive the necessary rights and licenses to use the finalized design assets. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any sensitive data shared will be treated with the utmost care and stored securely.
Payment: An initial deposit is required to initiate the project. Payments are milestone-based or as agreed upon. Final payment is due upon completion and before the release of final design assets.
Deadlines: We are committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly, and adjustments to the timeline will be discussed.
Feedback: Your feedback is valuable in shaping the final design. Constructive criticism and specific suggestions will help us fine-tune the work to your satisfaction.
