My name is Fernando Eduardo Mascaró Varillas
I started my tertiary education at ADEX where I finished my studies in Import and Export. Later in my life I studied Business Management at TAFE in Brisbane, Australia. I made further studies, specializing in International trade and Banking at Curtin University in Australia. I went back to Peru in 2009, after many years overseas, I decided to update myself on Business Management orientated to Peruvian reality. I start a specialization on New Business Management Tendencies at ESAN, a prestigious Postgraduate Business School in Lima.
On my position as Junior Operation Manager at CS Industries in Australia I was in charge of industrial plants of different fields, for which urged me to take on different academic courses, that allowed me to do my job in a more efficient manner. The courses that I took were: Asbestos Removal, Textile Production, Hospitality,
Hospitality Operations, Metallic Engineer and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
I worked in a very multicultural environment and work team in Australia, that is the reason, I decided to take on further studies that would allowed me to improve my relations with my co- workers and therefore, improve the workplace climate. I strongly believe that a good team of people comfortable at their job do greater things and work better for their Company. The courses I took were: Communication at the
Workplace and Mentoring in the Community. These courses allowed me to improve my everyday dealing with co- workers and employees.
I have worked in different jurisdictions, as Peru, USA and Australia and on different areas, as Operations and commercial. I had under my responsibility a work team of more than 100 people, directly and indirectly and also participated in International Trades Shows, Commercial Fairs and Congress in Peru, USA, Hong Kong,
Australia y China, allowed me to have direct contact people from all over the world.
