Work Terms

Payment Terms;

Our payment terms for all projects are 100% in escrow at the time of accepting terms to commence the process and 50% released upfront and remaining 50% at the time of completion before transferring the files when project is accepted.

Only projects that value above USD 6,000 will have a flexible term of 30% released to commence, 40% during the process when meeting milestones, and the remaining 30% released at the time of completion before delivering the working files and source codes.

-Revision Turnaround;

Our revision turnaround for all designing and media services is between 24 to 48 hours, subjected to the project agreement.

-Communication;

Every client is required to discuss their project requirements verbally before commencing. We are available from 9am to 6pm EST Mon-Fri and appreciate scheduled calls as we do not hire sales guys to talk to you or provide you customer support, we are programmers, project managers and designers who you speak to when you call or email us.
