Hello! I am Fersy Aceveda, a graduate of BS Computer Engineering and have a wonderful 2-year experience as Team Leader at Infosys BPM.

Prior being a Team Leader, I was a seasoned Quality Analyst (4-year experience) whom can design my own Quality parameters and checklists, generate RCAs, error summaries, accuracy percentage, et al. I am very keen to details which made me a very effective auditor and analyst.

Morever, I was a Process Trainer and that experience taught me how to be confident infront of people, facilitate trainings, author training materials and assessments.

Through this background, I was able to hone my skills to lead people towards quality excellence and process adherance, which not only make clients contented but also make my team feel fulfilled in their workplace.
