Complex Problem Solving
Leadership and Social Influencing
Emotional Intelligence
Reasoning, Problem Solving and Ideation
Moving into the 2020’s, organisations will be met with the real impact of exponential change. Workplace learning must become scalable, as demand for creativity and accelerating innovation takes hold, we are now seeing some massive shifts in learning, including:
Information to transformation
Push to pull (J. Hagel)
Prescriptive to contextual
Instruction to facilitation
Training to coaching
Outside in, to inside out
Rote to experiential
The great news is, the convergence of technologies will allow us to harness the power of scalable learning. To make it happen in practice though, we must start to think more about growing learning tribes, not just teams.
With her proven accelerated learning methods, her programmes and tools, together with her astounding energy, Fi can help you make scalable learning a reality in 2020.
Work Terms
I am flexible in terms of work terms. As a freelancer I am paid for delivery of design, voices overs or workshop delivery per project. I can work per hour, per day, or on a fixed price, depending on the project. With reference to my preferred communications style, I would be happy to arrange a Zoom call, or via messaging.
