Hi!
My name is Fielric. Before I did freelancing,I have been with the BPO industry for almost 9 years. I have handled different accounts and Line of Businesses, ranging from billing to retention. I've also handled major Telephone Communications Accounts from the US, etc. During my 9 year stay in these industry, I also got promoted to be a Flex Trainer and Mentor. What we do is train and make sure that when new hires starts to take in calls, they are equipped with the right knowledge and mindset to be a winner in these field.

Though I have a little bit of expertise, everyone has room for improvement. I am more than willing to train and study new tasks needed to be proficient with any projects that I will be handling. I am also amenable to work at anytime that would be given, may it be a graveyard shift or morning shift.

I am a hardworking and a detail-oriented person as well. I'm confident that I can work with my future clients very well.
