My experience includes providing financial and strategic solutions to companies, their creditors and investors. I worked with both public and private companies across many industries, including energy, financial services, for-profit education and retail.
My advisory experience includes assisting senior management teams and various stakeholders in review and assessment of business plans and financial models; preparation of financial projections, cash flow and recovery models; various financial analyses; asset management and claims analyses.
My engagements include work on a restructuring of Residential Capital, on which among other tasks, I worked on assessing and evaluating various strategic alternatives, structuring a plan of reorganization, preparing the recovery and liquidation analyses and addressing numerous matters related to creditors and claims.
I have been involved with many other large and high profile engagements, including Lehman Brothers Holdings, MF Global, LyondellBasell and Education Management Corporation.
