In the course of his career, Finton successfully led and negotiated contracts and projects worth in excess of US$1 billion and has consulted for organisations both local and international on issues relating to legal, mergers & acquisitions, structuring, strategy and governance over a broad spectrum of industries.
Finton is a qualified Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia and a qualified and licensed Company Secretary.
