Training on how to make our body fitness into correct BMI proportion, and implementing better nutrition and diet plan to keep our body and mind healthy

Post Graduation : Masters in physical education(MPEd),in pondicherry central university,puducherry
Graduation: Bachelor in physical education (BPEd),in Government College of Physical Education,calicut
under University of Calicut.

I am a National Throwball player
Played in kerala state junior and youth level volleyball championship
Trained as physical education teacher at college level

My aim is to provide a healthy and fit lifesyle with the knowledge I have gained so far through my education. It includes the detailing of inappropriate and wrong practices followed by people around us.it owes not only to the youth but also to people from different age groups. It also aims at obesity treatment and immunity hiking programmes
As I consider ,a healthy mind and body shall always provide a strong generation.i need my surroundings to be healthy.the reason why I choose such a process necessity.You may get confused what the necessity may be but during this quarantine days I have even witnessed many of my dear and near once struggling to find methods or excercise, workouts and difficulties in maintaining a diet with the available items in there house.
So,I hope this work can provide a strong helping hand for the needed.
