Work Terms

We work either by the hour (hourly packages available) or on contract if there is a clearly definable project, such as a business plan or feasibility study. We set up all clients with secure virtual workspaces to define project milestones and to organize communications and shared files or research. We are a relationship based consultancy, and focus on projects that we feel have growth potential. We seek clients that we can grow with. We require either an escrow payment or 50% of project cost upfront and 50% upon completion. Our objective is client satisfaction. We will loose money on a client if necessary to insure that we satisfy them.
