Work Terms
Expert Guidance and Advice: Our office hours are 9:30 am MST to 4:00 pm MST Monday - Friday. We are available by email, Skype (suzette4fbs) and fax (425)920-7538 as well as telephone (406)788-5227.
Payment Policies: For one time projects, half the quoted amount is due prior to beginning work. For ongoing projects, invoices are sent on the 25th of the month prior and payment is due on the 1st. I accept Paypal and major credit cards. After we have established a relationship I will also accept company checks.
Contracts: I will provide a Service Agreement that stipulates the services and firm pricing as well as a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
