My journey as a Virtual Assistant started over three years ago, and it has been a transformative experience, both professionally and personally. With a background in digital marketing and sales, I discovered my passion for helping businesses thrive through personalized support. I've always enjoyed problem-solving, and the challenge of transforming leads into loyal clients drives me daily. I founded my own business, "Ladies Essentials by Flora," which not only taught me invaluable sales and customer support skills but also instilled in me the importance of building lasting relationships with customers. Growing my business by 300% was an accomplishment I hold dear, and it solidified my love for digital marketing and customer service.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail and efficiency, always ensuring that no task goes unnoticed or unfinished. My clients often praise my communication skills, telephone etiquette, and dedication to going the extra mile. I specialize in lead generation, cold outreach, customer support, and administrative tasks, using tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zendesk, and ClickUp to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.

Completing the ALX Africa Virtual Assistant Program further sharpened my skills, particularly in managing virtual tasks and using project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Monday.com.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing. I've authored two local best-selling books—one an indigenous love novel, and the other focused on soft skills. Writing is my creative outlet and a way to connect with people in different ways. When I'm not working or writing, I enjoy spending time outdoors and finding peace in nature.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (WAT). For urgent tasks, I can accommodate requests outside of regular business hours with prior notice. I value punctuality and am dedicated to meeting deadlines consistently.
Payment Terms: I accept payments through secured payment system. Payment is required upon successful completion of each milestone or project. I am flexible in terms of payment structures, offering both hourly and fixed-price contracts, depending on the project’s scope. For long-term collaborations, I’m open to negotiating retainer-based agreements.
Preferred Communication Style: Clear and open communication is key to my workflow. I prefer communicating via Slack but I am also available on, Zoom, or Google Meet for real-time updates, discussions, or meetings. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours and ensure regular updates on project progress. My focus is on ensuring smooth communication and setting expectations to avoid misunderstandings.
