Customer Support Specialist
Seeking for a job where my experience as a Team Leader for Operations, Quality Analyst and Customer Service Representative will be of great use. I have extensive experience in managing people, providing coaching and feedback as well as recommendations that will help employees improve their performance which will result to contributions to the company success. I also have extensive experience in providing customer support and was exposed to the BPO industry for more than 10 years. I have handled different account such as Health Insurance, Financial/Banking and Travel accounts. I also have experience on data entry as a Business and Medical Transcriptionist.
I have substantial knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel as well as some CRM tools like Freshdesk and Zoho. I'm a fast learner and can easily pick up instructions. I can assure you that I will be an asset to the company because of my work attitude, skills and experience.
My expertise includes Phones/Chat/Email Support, Quality Assurance to ensure high-level of performance, Data Entry of various types, Front/Back Office works and Online/Administrative tasks.
