My name is Florence Amaechi and I just finished a full time intensive 8 weeks Virtual Assistant training with the African Leadership Accelerator Program.
Previously i have administrative experience of 3 years, where i was responsible in writing mails, preparing invoices and taking the company stocks and inventories, During the course of the 8 weeks training i have learnt essential Virtual assistant skills and tools using the the google workspace and other essential tool for project management (Asana), I had real time experience in managing calendar using calendly, Managing and preparing travels, Booking flights and accommodations, Making research to understand entry and Exit requirements of different countries, Taking Minutes and preparing meeting agendas, transcribing meetings using Outta Software.
