Work Terms

As a content writer and translator, I am committed to providing high-quality work that meets the needs of my clients. My work terms include the following:

Communication: I am available for regular communication with clients to discuss project requirements, progress, and any revisions needed. I can be reached via email, phone, or online messaging.

Deadlines: I understand the importance of meeting deadlines and will work efficiently to deliver projects on time. If any delays are expected, I will communicate this with the client in a timely manner.

Revisions: I am happy to make revisions to the work as needed to ensure client satisfaction. However, I do ask that revisions are limited to 2 rounds after the initial delivery.

Payment terms: I request a 50% deposit before starting the work and the remaining balance upon completion and delivery of the final work.

Ownership: I retain the rights to the original work, however, I will transfer the ownership rights to the client upon receipt of full payment.

Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and will not disclose any information about the project or client to any third party without prior consent.

Error, mistranslation and inaccuracies: I will make my best effort to deliver accurate and error-free work, but in case of any inaccuracies, mistranslation or errors, I will correct them as soon as they are brought to my attention.

Quality Assurance: I will always proofread and quality check my work before delivery, but in case of any issues, I will correct them as soon as they are brought to my attention.

By adhering to these work terms, I aim to build trust and long-term working relationships with my clients while providing the highest quality of work.
