A real world taught master negotiator, estimator and closer!

I've been hands on physical construction my entire 30 year career and so im ruined and can not handle the office thing but thought i need to use what do know to help out in any way i can! I have owned my own company and worked in Las Vegas the majority of that 30 years and, like you reading this, I am sick of looking for qualified help, I spent all my time dealing with worthless people not showing or whatever that i recently threw in the towel! So my work comes , not from some silly text book but rather actual working knowledge of what the true numbers are in the real world! Actual lead times, actual prices with or without markup in there. I will sign an agreement to not disclose anyone's prices. I will work and get your information back to you in the time frame you request (assuming its reasonable) or if its crunch time for you, money talks, some over time should be sufficient, lets get this done! My hourly rate is just my T&M Number for reference if you want to throw a LS at me great! I you like my work and decide you want to use me full time for the time being, because i know how estimating goes, The way to tell a good estimator is he's out of work! even a monthly LS or 6 months whatever! im wide open! Work Terms

Hours are as follows: 7-11,12-4 m-f pacific time I am located in Las Vegas.

Price: $76/hr overtime $96/hr - $2500/wk $9000/mth no overtime on week or monthly, if i say i can do it in that amount of time.

If the project is going to take more than 4 days we will set up weekly draws but we can negotiate that at the time.
