FOOD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT MENTOR AND TRAINER
I am a graduate of MBA and I am a Food Technologist by profession. I have worked in the food manufacturing industry for more than 10 years and spent the significant years as Production Operations Manager, handling Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, R and D, Quality Control , and Maintenance operations.
I am a member of the Philippine Association of the Philippines, and currently am a member of the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia. needless to say, I enjoyed the Supply Chain management as well as Food Safety management side of my work.
I am currently extending consultancy and training services on business management , including supply chain management and food safety aspects.
Work Terms
I can provide at the most 24 hours of work weekly, woking virtually or via email communication. Since I prefer to work online and home-based I expect projects to be short term and those that require no travel and physical presence.
If project based, I normally ask a 50% down-payment and agreement signature before the start of the project and the deliverables are given after each milestone or end of a particular deliverable. The last deliverable therefore shall be given after I receive the last project payment.
If I don't receive a particular payment, the client can pay at a set deadline. No payment received at the set deadline means end of the project. Therefore, in this instance, the expected deliverable corresponding to the due payment shall not be submitted to the client.
In order to have a smooth flow of the project continuity, all the required documents or data must be submitted to me at the requested date. The consultant shall not be liable for project delays due to lack of cooperation of the client.
