Medical doctor, AI enthusiast and English Language expert

Hello!

I am a medical doctor with a voracious reading appetite. I have been reading books and news paper articles since I was 10 years old. As a result, I have developed a strong grasp of the English language. This was reflected in my performance in the TOEFL USA English exam in which I scored a 114/120(97th percentile), securing a 29/30 in writing and 28/30 in reading comprehension which places me among-st the top 2 percent of all test takers of this internationally recognized exam.

I also have a strong theoretical understanding of both basic and clinical medicine. This is best reflected in my performance on the United States Medical Licensing Exam Step 1 and Step 2, which are 8 and 9 hour long tests administered by the United States National Board of Medical Examiners to test the knowledge base of doctors in the United States and internationally. In Step 1, I scored amongst the top 7 percent of test-takers worldwide and the top 10 percent in Step 2. They complement my English language abilities and make me well suited to proofread not only English language articles but also those containing medical content.

As someone who is alway looking for new things to learn. I decided to invest my time learning about artificial intelligence. This lead to completion of multiple online courses(including the Stanford machine learning course, deep learning course by Mr Andrew Ng, as well as the fantastic FASTAI course by Mr Jeremy Howard. I subsequently applied my knowledge in various machine learning and deep learning projects(Github:fowaadb), and am currently working on a personal project based on radiologic imaging while simultaneously reading Aurelle Gerons excellent book on machine learning to increase my knowledge base.
