I am currently studying as an Information Technology student specializing in Java Application and I passed IELTS exam for english proficiency. I was part of Directv and SiriusXm in which I handled customer service, technical, retention and sales where I improved my communication as well as my technical skills and decision making. In addition, I am part of the Refund's team with Verizon Business wherein we process and update corporate customers with their refund through email communication. I am an expert with adapting to time differences, email communication, critical thinking, ability to persuade the customer, fast learner, multitasking and to provide the customer the right solution with satisfaction. I am confident that I will be able to finish the services needed for job since I have the knowlege and skills required to finish the given task.
Work Terms
I preffer to work for 10 to 30hrs per week and can communicate through skype and email.
