I have almost 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist for a BPO company in the Philippines. This role involves a wide scope of responsibilities which includes sourcing for potential talents who will fit the candidate profile our clients are looking for. The job requires creating a Marketing plan, devising initiatives to meet targets, executing the plan, maintaining the ideal budget spend and later on, evaluating the efficiency of the initiatives applied.

I was able to gain knowledge and training using tools like Taleo and Oracle. I can easily navigate through new tools and follow instruction and job aids. My skills also involve familiarity with social media platforms in promoting a business, contributing written material for blogs and print media, handling out of home advertisements, posting vacancies on online job boards, procuring goods and services, writing reports, analysing data, observing trends, doing market research and mystery shopping.

Event planning and organising is also one of my strengths, I have vast experience setting up recruitments activities and corporate branding events.

Working in a very competitive and fast paced industry has made me resourceful, goal oriented, result driven, innovative and keen to observing trends.

I have no issues being supervised or managed remotely given that during my previous employment I was managed by superiors located from a different site, communication was mainly through e-mails, conference calls and office communicator.
