I'm Francis, an architect, Cad Planner, and do 3D models on realistic rendering for a living.
7 yrs of experience in design and planning. My last job was doing interior and planning and even VR renders for several houses and commercial spaces in the US, mostly in Jersey, California, and San Francisco which was fun

I can also do animated walkthroughs of the site using 3d Rendering programs for marketing.
I am proficient but not limited to, on the following programs:
