I have rich experience in a variety of sectors listed below:
Market Research
-Worked in qualitative research so was exposed to transcription, focus group discussions, qualitative interviews. Compiling and interpreting data for clients.
Business Process Outsourcing
-Trained in customer service and technical support over phone and email.
-Exposed to utility, financial, technical, and telecommunication accounts
-Was able to adapt to various tools used per account and maintain metrics required by clients.
-Have experience from a work from home setup where a VoIP was provided for voice calls.
Human Resources
-Was exposed to both Recruitment and Staffing as well as Training and Development branches.
-For Recruitment and Staffing: Conducted interviews(recruitment and exit), filed out pre-employment requirements, administered skill exams, handled joining bonuses
-For Training and Development: Logistics(getting trainers, procuring training material and dissemination, handling room and board for employees coming from different parts of the country, certificate generation, employee training record upkeep and training for new hires)
I am the kind of worker that prefers set guidelines. This does not mean I am inflexible. Once comfortable with the task, I constantly seek ways to make the tasks presented to me done in a faster or more efficient manner. I am quick to teach and would rather speak out or seek counsel rather than do my own thing. I tell upfront what I can or can't do and don't like puffing myself up unnecessarily. I can work with a team however am resistant to an authoritarian manager.
I graduated in one of the premier universities in the country with AB Psychology. Worked under big companies as well, just to give you an idea on the education level and work background. Hobbies that may be linked to profile would be reading and computer games. I would say that I am more proficient in writing than speaking.
Work Terms
No set body clock so I am flexible on whichever hours presented to me. Also fine with working weekends except for Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year.
I prefer minimal call interaction. Unless you are fine with a customer hearing barking noises or music/people in the background however if the call interaction is with an internal team that doesn't mind then I'm all for it.
Can work on a project-based or long-term arrangement.
