Work Terms
Payment Terms: 50% upfront deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due upon project delivery.
Project Scope: The web development services include designing a responsive website, custom CSS, dynamic content, and forms.
Timeline and Milestones: The estimated project timeline is 4 weeks, with milestones at the completion of design mockups, website development, and final testing.
Revisions and Changes: Two rounds of revisions are included in the project. Any additional revisions beyond this scope will be subject to an hourly rate of $20.
Communication: Communication shall primarily take place using chat, with a response time of 24 hours during weekdays.
Confidentiality and Ownership: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details and intellectual property. The client will own the website and its contents once the final payment is received.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Extensive testing will be conducted to ensure the website functions correctly on major browsers and devices.
Hosting and Domain: The client will provide hosting and domain details for the website. Assistance can be provided for setting up the website on the client's chosen hosting service if required.
Support and Maintenance: Post-project support for bug fixes and minor adjustments will be provided for 30 days after project completion. Additional support and maintenance packages are available upon request.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to supply all necessary content, images, and other assets for the website's development in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
Termination Clause: Termination may occur if either party fails to fulfill their obligations under this agreement or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party.
