I worked in a BPO company for eBay NA Sell for 2 years and 8 months. My tasked were to answer inbound calls, do outbound calls, emails, chats, and assisting customers create their accounts. For sellers, I helped them create their listings, uploading photos and videos, creating links, promotions and marketing strategies.For buyers, I helped them find items they wanted to purchase, payments and opening return cases. For both buyers and sellers, I helped them trouble shoot their computers, billing concerns and cases before escalation.
I also worked as an English Teacher to Korean and Japanese students.
