10 total years of experience providing customer support in the busy call center industry for IT support, booking company, billing concerns, hardware and connectivity issues. I have an unwavering commitment and passion to customer service with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.
I believe that the key to success in customer service is providing a strategic relationship/partnership-building skills, listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes.
