I am an Electrical Engineer/Designer with over 10 years of experience specializing in electrical and fire alarm designs for commercial and residential projects. These projects include new construction, renovation, and tenant fitouts for office buildings, hospitals, parking garages, site power distribution, hotels, apartments, schools and detention facilities. Calculations involve load calcs for sizing electrical service, voltage drop, and lighting calculations for interior and exterior lighting fixtures.

I have extensive knowledge in complete electrical replacement systems, fire alarm replacement/modifications, and low voltage system design including auxiliary bell system, clock system, pubic address system, etc.

I am highly proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Office and Dialux (Lighting Calculations).

I can transform any markups into a clear and complete set of construction drawings or provide As-Built drawings for post-construction services. I have the capability to put together a complete set of construction drawings, specifications, and associated cost estimating.
