I have spent the last ten years as a management consultant and the last four years managing and developing my own consulting firm. Work Terms
I am very flexible in terms of the way I work and can accomodate my schedule and approach to what the client needs and wants.
Most of my projects involve independent work by myself or team once the study objectivess have been communicated and understood. Most of my cleinets prefer a fixed price for a given deliverable and this seems to work very well in most situations. I usually receive a poirtion of the fee at the start of the work, in the middle, and then upon completion.
