I am an independent customer service specialist with strong work ethics . I speak English, French and Spanish and I have 10 years of experience in assisting customers in the U.S.A, Canada and Latin America. I have gained my experience by working for companies like Dish, Sony Mobile , Redbox , Sirius Xm and AT&T, providing chat, e-mail, and phone support and as a result of my excelent customer skills I was later promoted to the position of Team Lead. Where I was supervising a team of 20 agents working along, providing feedback and making sure that we were providing the apporpriate services in required languages witch were English, French and Spanish. The different trainning sessions that I received have helped me to acquire excelent communication and leadership skills. Helping others is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I have managed to acquire skills that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I have a willingness to learn and familiarize myself with the product in order to be proactive and provide an awesome customer service experience

Work Terms

I am currently available to work 30 hours / week ,Monday to Friday, or as needed if possible, I am open to offers.
I prefer to having payments done per week or bi-weekly from Monday to wednesday.
