GIS and Remote Sensing Specialist. ArcGIS/QGIS

Hi, my name is Frederick. I'm a Management Consultant for a top firm in London, UK and previously worked as a GIS Analyst.

My areas of expertise centre around GIS, remote sensing, and Excel models. As a Geography BSc graduate and a GIS Analyst for a climate-tech startup, I have 4+ years experience working with multispectral satellite data (Landsat, Sentinel, etc.), DEM/DTMs, and other shapefiles/rasters. I am comfortable working in both ArcGIS and QGIS, and have some experience using Google Earth Engine. On top of geospatial data analytics, I'm passionate about data visualisation, and so I can take your GIS project from raw data to finished maps/other visuals.

I am also skilled in creating Excel and Google Sheets models/dashboards. I can create models that behave dynamically incorporating INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, IF statements, XIRR, and other formula. The models I create have colour coded input, lookup, and calculation cells, and I can create dashboards with conditional formatting and charts/tables with automatically updating titles/axis names.

For students and recent graduates, I can support with essay writing and university/job applications (including CV/cover letters, personal statements, etc.). My own successful university applications include the National University of Singapore's LKYSPP, University of Toronto's Munk School (~10% acceptance rate), University of Amsterdam, Durham University, and University of St Andrews. On the professional side, I have secured interviews at top global organisations including The World Bank, Accenture, Bain, KPMG, and others (including tech startups).
