Freeman is a Holder of a BSc Honours Agricultural Economics and Development degree and a seasoned development
practitioner who has a background in finance, business development, market linkages, humanitarian assistance,
resilience-building programming, community development, program planning, coordination, proposal writing, monitoring,
evaluation, accountability and learning with over five years of experience working with rural communities in Zimbabwe.
He is highly skilled in statistical analysis packages (SPSS, STATA and MS Excel) as well as mobile data collection tools
(Kobo Collect, ODK and AKVO Flow). He is a goal-oriented professional who willingly accepts responsibility for planning,
assigning and supervising programs. An individual who is motivated by the task at hand.
