My work experience has kind of been all over the board since I graduated-and that's the way I prefer it to be honest. I started work as a Barista at a family espresso stand and learned quite a few skills that would help me out down the road. I eventually was promoted to AM shift Manager which allowed me to be in charge of things like: scheduling shifts, deposits/AM cash reports, inventory/ordering, hiring/firing, as well as resolving any and all issues that may come up. I was a bank teller for a short time-this position really helped me to better understand money and how it works regarding financial accounting, etc. The last type of work I have under my belt was being someone's personal assistant/receptionist for their business. Here I was in charge of the phones/messages, scheduling/cancelling, errands, cleaning, POS, and the list went on and on. Those responsibilities speak for themselves as to how they apply to my freelance career today.
If my closest friends and colleagues were to describe me using 5 words it would most likely be these: compassionate, dedicated, stubborn, reliable, & competitive.
My hobbies consist of an occasional game of tennis with my dad, journal writing (possible blog writing down the road), poetry reading, reading in general, and music!

?||Hours of Operation||?: I became a Freelancer because I did not want to have any specific set in stone hours of operation. I'm available whenever you need me to be-I can do early morning-and as a self proclaimed night owl-I can do late as well.
$||PAY||$: I've been performing the skills required of me to be a freelancer in the creative writing field most of my life. However I have only been a bonafide freelancer for 6 months or so. That being said, I didn't want to ask for more than what my experience could verify. So I looked up what I should be making and docked a few dollars off of that since I'm a "newbie" and came up with $22/hourly wage. This is of course negotiable-everything is up for discussion because ultimately I want you-my cuatomer-to have a wonderful experience.
