Experienced ex-consultant focused on transformation - project/program planning and management

9 years in management consulting focused on implementing major transformations, across supply chain (footprint changes - factories & DCs), growth strategy (launching BUs and products) and back-office optimisation initiatives (systems, operating model). I have worked in Europe, APAC and North America, mainly in FMCG and Healthcare. I love solving difficult problems with smart people - my specialism is the planning and management of complex projects/programs, and turnarounds of projects in crisis.
