FS Ryan Consulting is a one-person operation that started in 2023 because I wanted to do something different and fresh. Having been a part of launching two successful startups (Bypass Mobile and Swiftly Systems), for large companies (Barclays and Amazon), and for small/medium companies (ARGO Data Resources and Ookla) over a 12+ year career, I wanted something different. I wanted to help others achieve their dreams--especially those who need help getting started.

Work Terms

Working hours:
While FS Ryan Consulting is a Texas company, I am willing to change my work hours to suit the needs of my clients, and with rare exceptions, I work fully remotely.

Payment Terms:
I am happy to provide project-based, milestone-based, and hourly quotes. The nature of the job should dictate how we proceed. For work lasting longer than two weeks, I recommend a statement of work and have a common template that I am happy to help clients fill out so expectations can be set before starting a contract.

Communication Style:
I'm happy to adjust to the needs of the client, however, we recommend daily check-ins and written records of work completed, problems faced, etc. FS Ryan Consulting uses Slack for internal communications, and we are happy to bring clients in or join the existing communications platforms our clients use.
