Work Terms

I am available for consultations and project work from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Sunday to Saturday). For urgent inquiries or projects, I offer flexibility and can accommodate weekend hours or evening appointments as needed. I strive to ensure timely responses and efficient project delivery within these operating hours.

Payment Terms:
Payment Structure: Payments are generally structured in two phases: a 10% upfront deposit before project commencement and the remaining 90% upon completion and final approval of the project.
Accepted Methods: I accept payments through various secure methods, including PayPal, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Details for payment will be provided upon project agreement.
Payments are typically due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the initial project fee. For additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, a separate fee may apply, which will be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.
Communication Style:
Professional and Approachable: I prioritize clear and professional communication while maintaining an approachable and friendly demeanor. My goal is to ensure that all interactions are constructive and collaborative.
