Work Terms

We have extensive project experience in design consulting services and design human resources outsourcing services, coupled with a mature project construction process, methods, and a professional design team.

Our team of experts will conduct an accurate assessment based on the requirements learned in the early stage. According to the evaluated workload and project cycle requirements, we will match suitable professionals with relevant skills and service types, allocate sufficient human resources, and provide you with a complete project proposal, project quotation, and project cycle. We will also communicate with you to agree on the payment method.

Communication Channels: We accept emails, phone calls, and instant messaging software such as Skype, Teams, and Slack.

Real - time Response: The project team provides 7x24 - hour real - time response. Our project leader will follow up on the project implementation progress throughout the process and be responsible for the project schedule. Each project is also equipped with an exclusive account executive, who is responsible for managing communication channels, understanding requirements, solving problems, and providing support.

Project Acceptance: At the start of the project, both parties need to clearly agree on delivery requirements, delivery time, acceptance time, and acceptance criteria.

Payment Terms: Our payment methods vary according to the project scale and are generally divided into the following two cases,
A. Lump - sum Payment. For small projects, the payment can be made in a lump sum after the project is completed.
B. Installment Payment. For medium - sized and large projects, 25% of the payment needs to be prepaid before the project starts, and the remaining amount can be paid in installments according to the project completion progress or acceptance milestones.
