Work Terms
Payment Terms:
Fixed-Price Projects: Payments are divided into milestones as agreed upon at the start of the project. Each milestone is payable upon completion and approval.
Hourly Projects: Invoices are generated weekly based on the hours logged and are payable upon receipt.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure secure transactions. All payments must be made through the platform.
Communication:
Availability: We are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (UTC). For urgent matters, we can be reached via email or Guru’s messaging system outside of these hours.
Response Time: We strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days.
Project Updates: Regular updates will be provided as per the agreed schedule, ensuring you are always informed of the project’s progress.
Project Management:
Tools: We utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Meetings: We are open to scheduling regular meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any preferred video conferencing tool to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
Deliverables:
Quality Assurance: All deliverables are thoroughly tested and reviewed to meet the highest standards of quality before submission.
Revisions: We offer a specified number of revisions (usually up to three) to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
