I am a I am an experienced professional with a proven track record creating successful classroom, e-learning, and blended learning experiences and materials. I am experienced at all phases of the adult learning process-- from needs analysis to storyboarding to delivery to evaluation, and am comfortable with most learning-related products (Captivate, PowerPoint, etc.) and with a wide variety of LMS platforms.

Former clients include Sprint, KPMG, Goodyear, Whirlpool, Allied Signal-Bendix, and Security Benefit as well as smaller companies covering a wide range of industries and subject content.


Clients know I have a passion for creating effective and meaningful adult learning experiences and a personal learning background that lets me approach a content area, think through what learners need to know, anticipate learning barriers, and design training that is enjoyable and meaningful and that will truly have an impact.

Work Terms
