Work Terms
Scope of Work (SOW): Part-time work (20-30 hours per week), Full-time Equivalent for more extensive projects, or project-based where the number of hours worked per week can vary depending on project milestones.
Payment Terms: We can discuss Upfront Deposit or Retainer, Milestone-Based Payments for longer projects, fixed priced or time-based.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights: As a freelancer, be aware that discussions and agreements related to IP Rights should be explicitly outlined in a formal contract or agreement between each client and me. I am comfortable signing any non-disclosure agreements or intellectual property rights.
