Work Terms

Galaseo is open for business from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, situated inside a mall within walking distance to Central Business District (CBD) Sudirman-Thamrin. It is quite busy area with a lot of restaurants, offices and entertainment.
We are digital nomads by nature, we spend most of our time by following meeting schedules and can work from anywhere as long as there is internet connection.
Because we are SEO agency, we draw our leads from organic searches from relevant keywords for SEO services. We get calls and emails for initial inquiries. If prospective client feels confident, we will set a meeting with the client. The meeting is open discussion to explore the potential of SEO and how it can be applied to client's business website. It needs to build mutual understanding for each other's expectations. At times, SEO is misunderstood based on many different free online information in this respect and it will lead to underestimating the work involved to complete the complex process. Since we also target global market through Google.com, there are also inquiries from other countries, which are looking for English-based SEO. The other potential clients are those looking to enter local Indonesian market, which means they need local expertise and online competition backed by SEO knowledge. Online communication is conducted through Skype usually.
We will brief the prospective client with scope of work to be performed and the expected period for having visible results on the first page of Google's search. We work on contract basis which is 12 months. It is within this time line, we work hard to achieve the KPI as set in writing in agreement.
Our pricing is based on online niche competitiveness following keyword research that will suit to the product or service of the client. Each niche will pose varying degree of competition. And it also depends on how many keywords selected. Website redesign and redevelopment may be included on request after review.
