I'm a self-motivated, result-oriented customer care and sales specialist with 8 years of experience specializing in customer care and in increasing sales while giving utmost importance to positive customer experience. As an ambitious and hardworking individual, I became number 1 sales representative in our company and eventually became a team leader who creates a high-performance culture. I handle multiple tasks on a daily basis competently, working well in challenging, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
I'm also a tech savvy with a wide range of experiences with Windows and Mac Operating Systems, and has excellent knowledge with Word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint),web research, reports generation, and data entry. I also have excellent communication skills (with good command of English both written and oral), leadership skills, motivational skills, and can interact efficiently with clients, business prospects and staff.
