I started as a trainee chef when I was 17, going to college and taking my city and guilds over 4yrs. passing all with credit. also I took food hygiene, basic and advanced passing the both, which also allows me teach hygiene and N.V.Q.
I worked my way up through the years to become Executive Head Chef of the U.K.s largest 4 star hotel group.
I implemented the first online buying for the group.
I teach students all their needs to pass their exams.
Work Terms
my hours of operation are not a problem , depending on the size of the project. again payment can be arranged according to the size of the project. I prefer to work on the internet, but if needs be we can communicate on Skype.
