I hold a Diploma and Bachelors degree in Business management from Mount Kenya University. I have more than five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in both ICT and Branding companies. I am a hard working person, determined, self-driven, with a keen attention to detail who is able to deliver results with no supervision and to a high degree of quality, clarity and completeness, and always willing to take on additional duties as assigned and if need be. I am adept at managing the day to day work flow activities, from providing administrative support to the company director, departmental managers, managing visitors, serving as point person and the “voice” of the company. Therefore I possess excellent skills, knowledge and experience such as general office facility management, team supervision including scheduling of team activities, petty cash management, managing monthly reports, team leave application and time off management as well as office information and document management.
Secondly I am an all rounded person, willing and able to expand my role to meet the diverse needs of a fast-paced organization. Thanks to my organizational skills, I am easily able to multitask, prioritize tasks and able to deliver results even within strict timelines. I am a natural problem solver, always looking out for ways to maximize efficiency or provide solutions that benefit the company and the people around me. Listening and communicating effectively is another one of my strong skills and i have been recommended severally for good customer service by different clients I have served. I possess a wide range of software skills, including, Outlook, excel and Google applications.
Thirdly as a transcriber and Article Writer who have been through good training, I have learnt all the requirements needed to meet the expectations of a client, from ensuring that the instructions given by the client are well understood and adhered to, to delivering the results.
