One can never stop any type of errors, but can be identified at right time and corrected to avoid accidents.
I always found interesting to find the gaps between required and the actual one. Being in QA profile now, I enjoy raising every possible bug in the application of my project.
I started my career with directly executing the test cases already designed by some one else.in past 8 years I have learnt a lot with different projects I worked, Starting from raising clarifications to clients against the requirements, designing test designs out of any details provided by client, executing test cases, Defect tracking, Convincing the developer the bug is valid and has an impact if not fixed.
As indication of growth, got opportunities to handle more responsibilities like ,gathering requirements for the application, monitoring a team, deciding the mock up screens or the workflow or preparation documents like, test plan, Requirement tractability matrix(RTMs) or release notes.
