I currently work for my dear friend and colleague at his law firm as a Senior Paralegal. I interview clients, draft all documents and correspondence and legal research. I retired from Transamerica after 21 years as a Compliance Manager in the Mutual Funds and Variable Products section. I also coordinated the Board meetings for the Fund Complex, which consisted of over 100 funds. I drafted prospectuses and SAIs, the related SEC filing forms and related compliance documents. I also proofread such documents.
I also attended a grant writing program and produced grant proposals for Voices for Children in Tampa and was successful in receiving grants.
Work Terms
I will work evenings and weekends on my projects, but am available for communications during the day. I prefer e-mail and text messages.
