I am a skilled and experienced virtual assistant/ freelancer with highly data organizational skill, detail oriented skill, fast typing skill, problem solving skill,
a good communication skill, an active listening skill and a time management skill. With my two years experience in freelancing, I have honed the ability to manage my time effectively, maintain open and clear communication. I am adaptable and thrive at working in a remote environment. I am conversant with Excel, Microsoft Office, Goodle Spreadsheet, Google drive, Gmail, VScode, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and canva. As for data entry my duties are to secure files, arrange the orderly
and insert them in their perspective file/folders without making any mistake.
For Customer service representative, I do inbound and outbound calls,
respond to messages via chats, Emails and my clients preference, I give /provide solutions to customer's problems, complaints or issues. As a graphic designer, I create nice and catchy logo designs, amazing flyers with a good choice of color. I create business cards, ID cards, birthday flyers to mention but few. As a Frontend developer, I create nice and responsive websites it doesn't matter what the site is about. Be it a clothing website,
be it a restaurant website, be it an hotel website, be it a travel website, be it a portfolio to showcase one's projects and job history, be it just a responsive landing pages, be it a to do list to help on track the things one is yet to do or the things one has done, I can create all these with my skills and experience. I deliver my services on time. I ensure my project is
done before the due date given to me by the client, I ensure whatever services I am rendering is being liked and appreciated by my clients, I render high and quality services for my clients. My level of communication in English is proficient. I have a very good communication be it written and verbally. I can work individually and I can work as a team. I am comfortable utilizing various communication tools such as zoom, slack and email to collaborate seamlessly with team with team members and also with clients. I am self disciplined and highly organized, ensuring that I meet deadlines and deliver quality results. In addition to my technical skills, I am a proactive and creative problem solver.
