- Design, implementation, deployment and administration support of new IT Infrastructure services, systems and applications for both physical and virtualised environments for new and existing customers.
- Served as the Resource Manager of 5 IT Helpdesk personnel including but not limited to work scheduling, performance reviews and improvement plans and staff counselling.
- Setup and configure remote access technologies and methodologies such as Terminal Server, VMware, and Citrix systems.
- Provide high-level support (Level 2/3) for critical issues on systems/servers or applications that is mission critical and business impacting.
- Manage servers, including file, print, Citrix provisioning (XenDesktop, XenApp) VMware, backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
- Reviewing and improving Security Administration processes. Participating in ongoing security reviews and audits and action associated items.
